According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, over the last 50 years, immunization has saved more lives than any other health measure . Vaccination is the best way for you and your family to avoid serious diseases.

During your visit to the Family Health Team Plantagenet, you will have the opportunity to discuss importance of vaccination and the importance of respecting the Ontario vaccination schedule .
