Late for your appointment

Many doctors strive to be as on time as possible.

An appointment starting late can cause a domino effect on subsequent appointments.

Therefore, we have a policy regarding delays:

• A delay of 10 minutes for an appointment lasting 15 minutes OR
• A delay of 15 minutes for an appointment lasting 30 minutes

… will be considered a missed appointment (a $30 fee may be requested).

Notify us of any delays or cancellations of appointments so that you do not have to pay any fees. In addition, any minute of delay will not be added to your appointment. So, if you have a 30-minute appointment at 1:00 p.m. and you arrive at 1:10 p.m., the appointment will still end at 1:30 p.m.
